Supplements – what do I actually need

Everybody is different. Knowing what you’re deficient in and need to take, let alone how much to take and when to take is complicated. Fortunately these days there is a lot of data, tools and persons that can help us answer that more accurately.

Lab tests are more available and affordable than ever such as blood, urine, stool, saliva and even DNA tests. Wearables are now commonplace, such as AppleWatch / Whoop / Aura, providing heart rate, heart rate variability and calorific data which will soon expand to provide Blood Glucose and Ph data (amongst others).

In 2024 there is no shortage of data. However data by itself is useless without a skilled person to interpret it and provide accurate, practical recommendations from it. Actionable things that you implement in your life. With rapid advancements in AI, this will improve dramatically over the next 5 years but it will take a skilled person to coach you on how to do these things and hold you accountable along the way.

Qualitative analysis is the other half of the answer and is critically important in getting other parts of complete picture that lab tests sometimes wont capture. This is all the other factors such as age, diet, lifestyle, stressors, family history, medical history,
